摘要: Summary. Whole platelets obtained by gel filtration of platelet-rich plasma inhibited urokinase activity. An inhibitor and tissue activator was partially purified chromatography washed, lyophilized human on DEAE-cellulose. Inhibition immediate, proportional to the quantity platelet extract present competitive. The labile storage at 20°C, but stable for least 3 weeks −20°C; it destroyed heating 56°C 30 min. approximate molecular weight 45 000 as determined filtration. extracts were free molecules antigenically related α2-macroglobulin, α1-antitrypsin, antithrombin III, C1 inactivator, or factor XIII.
