摘要: Using a population-based register, this study sought to ascertain changes in the rate and severity of cerebral palsy (CP) geographically defined area UK among infants weighing less than 1500g born between 1984 1995. There were 417414 live births area, which included Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire. Of 898 children with CP (526 males, 372 females), 194 (21.6%) weighed at birth. The overall for neonatal survivors fell from 2.5 out every 1000 1986 1.7 1993 those 1000g rose 90 1987 1989 then 57 A similar pattern is seen 1499g birth, rising 77 1988 falling 40 severe motor disability also decreased (24.6 1984–1986 12.5 1993–1995). relation these findings perinatal care early 1990s not known.
