摘要: Construction has been perceived as a pillar industry in China’s economic development. However, construction poor reputation for coping with risk, many projects failing to meet deadlines and cost targets. The suffers from more risk uncertainty than most other industries. Risk management can help stakeholders avoid or alleviate these failures. Only if the need of identified, be effectively applied Chinese industry.
