摘要: Strategies targeting the microenvironment of pediatric brain cancers have potential to improve efficacy standard and genome-based molecular therapeutics. These strategies also helping resolve many challenges associated with developing new drugs running clinical trials for relatively small tumor population. Disrupting vital paracrine physical interactions between cancer cells surrounding stroma, normalizing abnormal vasculature, and/or inducing antitumor immunity represent some most promising approaches.
