摘要: Albiflorin (AF), one of important bioactive constituents Paeonia lactiflora Radix, possesses neuro-protective effect. The present study aims to investigate the antinociceptive activities AF and possible mechanisms. suppressed acetic acid-caused writhing, lengthened latency period mouse in hot plate test, reduced licking biting response time injected paw during phase I II, it suggested that exerted activity mainly through central nervous system. Nimodipine, a commonly used calcium channels blocker, strongly AF-enhanced test. Compared with control group, levels euronal nitric oxide synthase (nNOS), enhanced serotonin (5-HT) serum and/or hypothalamus before after 30-s thermal stimuli. activation calmodulin-dependent protein kinase II c-Jun N-terminal was observed AF-treated mice. Collectively, AF-mediated were, at least partially, related channels.
