摘要: Abstract 1. Agarose gel electrophoresis was performed on the sera of thirty-six mammals, reptiles, amphibians, fish and birds, quantitative distribution lipoprotein classes in each animal determined. 2. Pig, opossum garter snake seem to contain large amounts low density lipoprotein, class which is primary interest atherosclerosis research. These animals also have serum cholesterol values similar humans. 3. proved an excellent method for determining distributions, but electrophoretic mobilities lipoproteins appear be unsuitable classification.
