摘要: This study aims to examine the effects of E-Banking on reduction operating costs in Bank branches. All 850 employees working Melli branches are statistic sample this research. In data was collected by a researcher designed questionnaire distributing among 206 which were selected randomly using classified sampling method. Statistic software SPSS has been used analyze gathered related years 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013. Results research showed that installation ATMs positive effect decrease expenses.
