Double sample preconcentration by in-line coupled large volume single drop microextraction and sweeping in capillary electrophoresis.

摘要: Single drop microextraction (SDME) is a convenient and powerful preconcentration method for CE before injection. By simple combination of sample-handling sequences without modification the apparatus, an aqueous acceptor phase covered with thin organic layer was formed at tip capillary; 10 min SDME fluorescein 6-carboacyfluorescein from donor pH 1 to 9 provided 110-fold enrichments stirring phase. To improve concentration effect further, coupled on-line (after injection) sample method, sweeping, in which analytes long zone are accumulated boundary pseudostationary penetrating into zone. It thus necessary inject much larger volume than that typical SDME. A Teflon sleeve over capillary inlet allowed large be held stably during extraction. in-line coupling sweeping 30 nL using cationic surfactant dodecyltrimethylammonium, enrichment factors double were increased up 32 000.
