Lithium nitride (Li3N): standard enthalpy of formation by solution calorimetry

摘要: Abstract The enthalpies of reaction a carefully prepared and characterized specimen lithium nitride, Li 3 N, with H 2 O HCl(aq) were found to be −(581.62±1.42) kJ mol −1 [−(139.01±0.34) kcal th ] −(803.50±1.26) [−(192.04±0.30) ], respectively. Enthalpies solution LiCl NH 4 Cl also measured. Combination the measured results auxiliary thermochemical data from literature yielded values −(165.14±1.55) [−(39.47±0.37) −(164.77±1.51) [−(39.38±0.36) respectively, for standard enthalpy formation, ΔH f o (Li c, 298.15 K). A weighted mean value, −(164.93±1.09) [−(39.42±0.26) is recommended This result differs by about 8 previous determinations.
