摘要: Abstract Large Li 3 N single crystals were grown by the Czochralski method. Starting material for crystal growth was synthesized from elements. Decomposition of melt prevented use a stagnant 2 atmosphere ( p = 700 Torr ). Tungsten found to be most suitable crucible which not severely attacked melt. The complicated easy formation numerous misorientate grains during seeding process.
