摘要: The catalytic decomposition processes of low- and high-density polyethylene (LDPE HDPE) have been studied using HUSY zeolite as catalyst in a batch reactor under dynamic conditions. evolution the gaseous condensed products evolved with respect to temperature has analyzed compared that obtained similar conditions thermal pyrolysis LDPE HDPE. behavior gases generated from both polyethylenes was similar, olefins being more abundant species. Great changes were observed composition at different temperatures. Isoparaffins showed two maxima low high temperatures, whereas remaining compounds presented only one maximum Analysis revealed some differences between end process. Two maxima, another appeared HDPE, where isoparaffins aromatics most each maximum. However case LDPE, n-paraffins main very These outcomes could be related progressive deactivation zeolite.
