摘要: The purpose of this study was to investigate whether hydrotalcite is able intercalate diclofenac, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug, and release it in controlled manner. Layered Mg−Al the chloride form used as host, intercalation compound prepared by Cl−/diclofenac anionic exchange. Drug from performed vitro simulated intestinal fluid at pH 7.5 according USP 24 7.0 solution designed mimic ionic conditions small intestine. Results process show that diclofenac with simple procedure good drug loading (55% wt/wt). remarkably lower than corresponding physical mixture both 7.0. In latter case, not complete hours. kinetic analysis shows importance diffusion through particle controlling rate. obtained results may be prepare modified formulations.
