Noninvasive monitoring of peripheral microcirculatory hemodynamics under varying degrees of hypoxia.

摘要: Abstract The effect of hypoxia on skin blood flow was examined in anesthetized rabbits during induction various levels hypoxia. Peripheral perfusion and oxygenation were monitoring using a combined system (LPT) composed laser Doppler flowmeter (LDF), photoplatysmograph (PPG), transcutaneous oxygen tension monitor (tc-PO2). Central parameters (PaO2, HC O 3 − , SaO2, pH, lactate) measured concomitantly throughout the experiment. A continuous decline found both peripheral central values, depending severity results clearly indicate that indices with LPT enables changes vital has clinical potential for sensitive noninvasive variables medical procedures clinics, as well homecare patients respiratory diseases. Minimizing may be useful conditions exposure to low levels, such mountain climbing.
