摘要: A randomized open study was undertaken to compare the therapeutic effects between low-dose etretinate alone and combined with eicosapentaenoic acid in 40 patients chronic, stable psoriasis vulgaris. Better more rapid improvement obtained combination therapy for 12 weeks than monotherapy. Eicosapentaenoic safe, adverse reactions due were mild or tolerable. The regimen, therefore, has a satisfactory effect on without marked reactions.
