摘要: Bacteria isolated from the surface and subsurface water at four stations along Swedish west coast were assessed for their hydrophobicity with hydrophobic interaction chromatography (HIC). The bacteria sampled by Teflon sheet technique. [3H]-l-leucine metabolically labeled isolates run on a column packed Octyl-Sepharose CL-4B gel. relative of was expressed as ratio, g/e, between radioactivity gel eluate. results revealed positive correlation degree enrichment hydrophobicity. exhibited broader spectrum g/e-values than bacteria. initial adhesion to microlayer depends several factors which may be one most important.
