摘要: Recently, the detection of occult cancer cells in peripheral blood has received a great deal attention regarding prediction postoperative recurrence and for novel strategies adjuvant therapy. The aim this study was to establish new molecular diagnostic method detecting circulating tumor cells. Gastric SGC-7901 2 ml from healthy volunteers were serially diluted. Additional samples collected 90 patients 27 volunteers. Real-time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction used detect levels microRNA-106a (miR-106a) microRNA-17 (miR-17). Receiver operating characteristics (ROC) curves constructed. In recovery experiments, significant correlation between number both miR-106a (r = −0.906, p 0.037) miR-17 −0.912, 0.031) found. preoperative patient groups, significantly higher than those controls. areas under ROC curve miR-106a, miR-17, combination 0.684 (p 0.0066), 0.743 0.0001), 0.741 0.0002), respectively. Our results indicate that miRNA may be tool monitoring with gastric cancers.
