摘要: Studies of genetic variation in natural populations at the sequence level usually show that most polymorphic sites are very asymmetrical allele frequencies, with rarer a site near fixation. When is present only few times sample, say below five representatives, it becomes difficult to detect linkage disequilibrium between from tests association. This consequence numerical properties even powerful test association, Fisher's exact test. Sites fewer than representatives sample should be excluded association tests, but this generally leaves pairs eligible for testing. A overall disequilibrium, based on sign observed disequilibria, derived which can use all data. It shown more power achieved by increasing length determined number genomes sampled same total work.
