摘要: Abstract Strong aftershocks have the potential to increase damage state of structures due accumulation. This paper investigates spectra for mainshock–aftershock sequence-type ground motions with Park–Ang index. A method simulating is proposed based on modified form Bath's law and NGA motion prediction equation. The are computed using recorded simulated motions, effects period vibration, strength reduction factor, site condition, seismic sequence, damping ratio post-yield stiffness studied statistically. results indicate that effect aftershock structural significant may underestimate long-period incompleteness dataset. simplified equation facilitate application in practice motions.
