摘要: Abstract Limited information is currently available on the parasite fauna of brown bears (Ursus arctos) in Transylvania, Romania. During 2011–2015 we identified endoparasites from 211 scat samples collected free-ranging and 37 organ tissue adult individuals harvested by hunters Eastern Transylvania. We found 40.7% overall; 37.9% scats 56.8% bears. 6 nematodes including undetermined species family Ancylostomatidae, Baylisascaris transfuga, Crenosoma sp., order Spirurida, Trichinella Trichuris sp. also one protozoan subclass Coccidia, cestode Taenia trematode Dicrocoelium dendriticum. did not detect seasonal variation B. transfuga incidence, nor overall prevalences.
