摘要: AbstractMacrophage activation by interferon-γ (IFN-γ) is important in host resistance to tuberculosis (TB). In this study, the relationships of +874 T/A polymorphism first intron IFN-γ gene and intronic (CA)n polymorphic microsatellite marker receptor 1 (IFN-γR1) TB susceptibility were investigated children. Forty children with 67 age-matched controls included. There no significant differences between allele frequencies genotype patient control groups for gene. Differences that not statistically found group allelic markers (170 180) IFN-γR1 The incidence 170 was higher patients (30.9%) than (17.4%), whereas 180 be more common (9% vs 1.2%). conclusion, association observed T/...
