摘要: The giant resonance region from 9.5 MeV ${E}_{x}$ 40 in $^{48}\mathrm{Ca}$ has been studied with inelastic scattering of 240-MeV $\ensuremath{\alpha}$ particles at small angles, including 0\ifmmode^\circ\else\textdegree\fi{}. ${95}_{\ensuremath{-}15}^{+11}$% $E$0 energy-weighted sum rule (EWSR), ${83}_{\ensuremath{-}16}^{+10}%$ $E$2 EWSR, and 137 \ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{} 20% $E$1 EWSR were located below ${E}_{x}=40$ MeV. A comparison the experimental data calculated results for isoscalar monopole resonance, obtained within mean-field-based random-phase approximation, is also given.
