A Multi-restrained Terminal-controlled Access Network Selection Strategy

Next generation must be a situation that variety of RATs (radio tech- nologies) coexist and integrate. Aiming at improving user's QoS (Quality Service) effectively, mobile terminal selection strategy with multi-constraint conditions is proposed. Based on the preferences user standards networks, con- sidered different types business their priorities same time, given function for each network. According to minimum best principle, Strategy selected most suitable combinations do transmission. Simulation results show can greatly improve data transfer rate, as well decrease traffic blocking rate.
