摘要: Our food systems depend on complex interactions between farmers and producers, local federal governments, consumers. Underlying these are economic, environmental, societal factors that can impact the types of available, access to food, affordability, safety. The recent SARS-CoV-2 global pandemic has affected multiple aspects our systems, from governments' decisions limit exports, ability government agencies inspect facilities consumers dine at restaurants. It also provided opportunities for societies take a close look vulnerabilities in reinvent them be more robust resilient.
