However, their synergistic effect regeneration by gene delivery has not been reported. In this study, these two factors to cells (hPDLCs) was examined for its effects cell proliferation differentiation. Material Methods:  Recombinant adenoviruses containing both BMP-7 IGF-1 cDNA created introducing the internal ribosome entry site (IRES) sequence were used transfer genes into hPDLCs. 3-(4,5-Dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay cycle analysis observe proliferation, while alkaline phosphatase activity measurement, RT-PCR vivo tests conducted investigate differentiation. Results:  The hPDLCs transduced coexpressing suppressed differentiation ability enhanced. There a synergism up-regulating mRNA levels collagen type I Runx2. Implantation with scaffolds illustrated that exhibited osteogenic formed bone-like structures. Conclusion:  combined using an IRES-based strategy synergistically enhanced It is suggested could be new potential method therapy
