摘要: Traumatic cervical syndrome comprises the various symptoms that occur as a result of external force such traffic accident. In 1995, Quebec Task Force on whiplash-associated disorders (WAD) formulated classification, with accompanying clinical practice guidelines. These guidelines were in accordance stated isolated or combined syndrome: neck pain, headaches, dizziness, numbness head face, eye vision loss, double vision, tinnitus, hearing nausea, and and/or weakness extremities. recent years, cerebrospinal fluid hypovolemia fibromyalgia has been recognized major notable cause variety symptoms, although many questions remain regarding pathology this syndrome. Therefore, its diagnosis treatment should be conducted extremely carefully. While classification are very useful for normalization standardization traumatic syndrome, future, we would like to see emergence new better address diversity disease.
