摘要: Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is a chronic, inflammatory and neurodegenerative disease which results from the destruction of myelin associated collateral tissue damage within central nervous system (CNS). MS highly diverse with different clinical profiles. During past decade, several new treatment options have been introduced, but no completely stops progression. Therefore deeper understanding mechanism necessary to develop novel therapeutic strategies. While yet be proven, there evidence suggesting involvement T follicular helper (Tfh) cells, CD4 cell subset specialized for provision help B in pathogenesis MS. In this review, I will discuss potential pathogenic roles Tfh cells course Journal Nature Science, 1(7):e139, 2015.
