摘要: Generation of myelin antigen-specific T cells is a major event in neuroimmune responses that causes demyelination. The antigen-priming and its location important chronic acute inflammation. In autoimmune multiple sclerosis, the effector are considered to generate periphery. However, reasons for relapsing-remitting events obscure. Considering mechanisms, feasible aim research investigate role antigen-primed lupus cerebritis. Last thirty years investigations emphasize relevance microglia infiltrated dendritic cells/macrophages as antigen presenting central nervous system. recent approach towards circulating B-lymphocytes an area context. Here, we analyze existing findings on presentation visualize signaling lead strategy future goals immunotherapy research.
