摘要: Abstract In the present investigation, a high-quality nanosheet-like hexagonal Cu2ZnCd (S, Se)3 thin film has been synthesized via facile, simple and cost effective arrested precipitation technique (APT) through complex stability, release of metal ions. The surface morphology, chemical, optical, compositional electrochemical properties resultant studied systematically. X-ray photoelectronic results show that stoichiometric composition. EIS reveals low value resistance, power conversion efficiency photoanode obtained was 0.62% in an aqueous polysulfide electrolyte.
