摘要: We present a case of 73-year-old gentleman with an aortic endograft infection post endovascular abdominal aneurysm repair (EVAR), from whence erosion has come in acutely inflamed appendix. To our best understanding, there is no similar published the literature. Intra-operatively, was obvious inflammation and oedema over retroperitoneal tissue, frank pus thrombotic material projecting aorta. The tip obviously appendix had stuck to eroded through sac, seeding infection. explanted sac oversewn. Lower limb circulation preserved right axillo-femoral Dacron bypass graft. This highlights rare complication following EVAR, for one consider unusual sources graft
