摘要: We have searched for potential biomarkers in the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and plasma an animal model of Parkinson's disease induced by inflammatory challenge. To achieve this, either unilateral or bilateral intranigral injection lipopolysaccharide (LPS) was performed. CSF proteins were first analyzed 2D electrophoresis MALDI-TOF at days 1 10 after lesion to discern between prognosis diagnosis protein markers. Most significant changes from this analysis early increases haptoglobin, transthyretin different spots further identified as prostaglandin D synthase response LPS. These markers then western blotting using specific antibodies samples obtained animals receiving LPS substantia nigra hippocampus 6-OHDA medial forebrain bundle. This confirmed haptoglobin bundle CSF. discuss use both diagnose disease.
