摘要: Abstract Screen-printed electrodes (SPEs) containing immobilized acetylcholine esterase (AChE) enzyme were used for the electrochemical determination of organophosphorous (OP) and carbamate pesticides. The extent AChE deactivation by pesticide was determined in presence (AChCl) substrate. unique nature this approach lies immobilization procedure which attached to SPE situ bulk polymerization acrylamide ensure efficient adherence within membrane with minimal losses activity. Responses observed pesticides Monocrotophos, Malathion, Metasystox Lannate over concentration range 0–10 ppb (μg L−1).
