摘要: Lung resection following pneumonectomy for recurrent lung cancer is a challenging scenario. Peri-operative airway management and choice of surgical procedure are issues to be addressed by both the anesthesiologists thoracic surgeons. We hereby report case anterior segmentectomy right upper cancer, in patient who had previously underwent primary one year earlier. A modified conventional tracheal intubation unique techniques were applied video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) lobe with notable mediastinal shift (following contralateral pneumonectomy), resulting good recovery clinical outcome. The experience summarized detail this article.
