摘要: Many factors may increase the risk of fibrosis development in chronic viral hepatitis infections. As burden obesity and metabolic syndrome has been increasing recent years, there is growing concern regarding association between cases. However data influence on progression B virus (HBV) infection limited. Metabolic a constellation problems that includes insulin resistance, obesity, hypertension, hyperlipidemia. Initially, epidemiologic demonstrated HBsAg-positive serostatus was positively correlated with high syndrome; later on, HBV considered as “metabolovirus” because gene expression key genes hepatocytes found to be similarly regulated. not only accelerate liver disease patients but also induce cirrhosis or even hepatocellular carcinoma development. This review article it aimed highlight infection.
