摘要: A process for the quantitative immunological determination of an enzyme in a liquid, comprises incubating anti-enzyme antibodies which are adsorbed on water-insoluble carrier, with sample solution containing enzyme, whereby bonds to but retains reproducible proportion its activity complex antibodies; removing solution; washing antibody is charged enzyme; and determining bonded antibodies.
