摘要: The present invention provides a method for preparing nucleotide oligomers, including (a) coupling dimer or trimer to nucleoside attached solid supports universal as starting material; (b) sequentially monomers the resulting structures of Step prepare oligomer; and (c) removing oligomers from supports. having 15-20% higher purity than conventional art. enables efficient inexpensive synthesis with high within shorter period time.
