摘要: Recent studies have shown that hepatic mRNAS14 responds rapidly to thyroid hormone administration. Moreover, this mRNA is known increase in mass with the administration of a high carbohydrate fat-free diet. Therefore, it appears share many same properties lipogenic enzymes. Because enzymes display synergistic interaction between hormones and carbohydrates, we investigated kinetics response feeding, as well its triiodothyronine (T3). We found dietary sucrose euthyroid rats, 2-fold within 30 min, 25-fold by 4 h. On other hand, when given hypothyroid ultimately lead only 2-3-fold level mRNAS14, attaining less than starved rats. The diminished hypothyroidism could not be enhanced insulin However, replacement doses T3 (400 ng/100 g body weight) immediately restored rapid feeding. was synergistic. Dose-response indicated limited occupancy nuclear receptor. A similar glucose noted primary hepatocyte cultures, thus indicating synergism these two stimuli due changes extrahepatic or metabolites. Our data are most consistent hypothesis T3-nuclear receptor complex multiplies signal generated metabolism induce mRNAS14. does appear require preliminary induction carbohydrate-metabolizing their mRNAs.
