摘要: Abstract Roots of maize seedlings cultured in the liquid medium Murashige and Skoog, supplemented with organic compounds, including 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) kinetin, exhibited significant decrease size root cap. Peripheral cap cells gave rise to clustered or isolated which grew divided within medium. A cell suspension was obtained could be subcultured. After three successive subcultures divisions were still observed. This result leads assumption that indefinite growth might obtained. The use shaking cultures enhanced proliferation. method used for obtaining large amounts cells.
