摘要: The bimetals of home appliances are mainly manufactured by cladding process and these almost consisted with Cu alloy Ni alloy. But it is very difficult to clad alloys, because the brittle oxide film formed easily on surface during process. Clad rolling heat treatment processes were applied for development using 3 types alloys. Optical microstructure, micro-hardness, specific resistance, deflection line profile newly processed specimens observed measured in this paper. Inter-diffusion was between element interface treated material. C1220 Invar36 material showed best property among kind materials.
