摘要: A micro-dialysis technique connected on-line to an HPLC with acidic water as eluent was examined develop environmental-friendly analytical method for determining organic acids in fermentation products of milk. After being diluted and adjusting the pH, sample were diffused through a cellular dialysis membrane into perfusion stream (water) under controlled conditions. The optimum conditions obtaining efficient such flow-rate, pH addition salt solution, well chromatographic investigated. acids, citric, lactic, acetic, formic can be separated on C18 column only eluted at 2.9 0.6 mL min−1 flow-rate. proposed provided very simple “green” procedure determine complicated matrices. Application illustrated by analysis citric acid, lactic acetic acid two products.
