摘要: Reuse and management of organic solid waste, reduce the environmental impact on human health increase economic status by generating valuable products for current novel applications. Garbage enzyme is one such product produced from fermentation waste it can be used as liquid fertilizer, antimicrobial agents, treatment domestic wastewater, municipal industrial sludge treatment, etc. The semi-continuous production garbage in large quantity at minimal time period lesser cost needed to cater increasing quantities activated sludge. This necessitates a parameter monitoring control scaling up process basis. In present study RP-HPLC (Reversed Phase-High Performance Liquid Chromatography) method quantification standard acid optimized condition 30°C column oven temperature, pH 2.7, 0.7 ml/min flow rate mobile phase (potassium dihydrogen phosphate water) 50mM concentration. solution collected 15, 30, 45, 60, 75 90 days were sample determine concentration acid. Among these, 90th day showed maximum 78.14 g/l acetic enzyme, whereas other acids got decreased when compare 15th sample. result confirms that matured contains higher thus scale.
