摘要: The aim of this study was to determine the enzymatic differences in process increasing degree virulence attenuatedAcanthamoeba strains as well freshly isolated from natural environment. data obtained our studies indicate that by intranasal infection mice, one can restore primary virulent and make primarily were noninvasive. levels peroxidase proteinase activity measured thoroughly correlated with increase observed during making amoeba inoculating them into mice. We cases which higher than 0.150 units/mg protein 8 protein, respectively, some animals infected showing died. In nonvirulent poorly strains, we a decidedly lower these enzymes.
