摘要: Abstract Scenedesmus almeriensis is a fast-growing highly productive new strain and also good producer of lutein. The aim this study was to determine the influences pressure temperature on supercritical fluid extraction lutein β-carotene from freeze-dried powder marine microalga, S. almeriensis. operating conditions were as follows: in range 200–600 bar temperatures between 32 60 °C. extracts analysed by HPLC. Empirical correlations developed. results demonstrate that it necessary work at 400 bar 60 °C obtain significant yield pigments. In comparison with reference process used, show better yields are obtained β-carotene; possible extract 50% total pigment contained microalga studied.
