摘要: Objective To determine factors affecting successful sperm retrieval by testicular extraction in patients with nonmosaic Klinefelter's syndrome. Design Medical record analysis for syndrome who underwent extraction. Setting Three university-based tertiary centers. Patient(s) Fifty-one nonobstructive azoospermia related to Intervention(s) Testicular Main Outcome Measure(s) Correlation of patient characteristics; serum concentrations luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle-stimulating (FSH), and testosterone (T); as well volume success Result(s) We succeeded obtaining spermatozoa 26 failed 25.
