摘要: Abstract The amino acid sequence of a staphylococcal delta haemolysin purified from canine isolate has been determined by combination chemical and mass spectroscopic methods. toxin molecule consists 26 acids residues is compared with the human isolate. two sequences are found to be homologous although differences observed in 9 residues.
