摘要: Abstract Advances in proteomics methodology and instrumentation have allowed detailed characterization of the composition lymph. Far from being a simple ultrafiltrate blood plasma, lymph has been shown to carry rich repertoire proteins peptides reflecting tissue origin its physiological state. Peptides derived can be loaded on MHCII proteins, particularly those present immature and/or inactivated antigen presenting cells, may play an important role maintenance peripheral tolerance.
