摘要: Lactuca indica is an edible wild vegetable, which frequently availed as a folk remedy for its anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and other treatments in Asia. This study was executed to evaluate the cytotoxicity, antioxidant phenolic contents of methanol extracts from different organs . The highest amount phenolics found leaf (35.09 ± 0.15 mg/g), followed by stem (15.44 0.20 root (13.50 0.19 mg/g) flower (12.50 0.39 while flavonoid also observed (26.90 0.22 mg/g). Methanol showed pronounced DPPH radical scavenging activity (90.37 mg/mL) ABTS (99.84 0.02 at 10 mg/mL 20 respectively. Using MTT assay, cytotoxicity (IC 50 113.84 ?g/mL) against human breast adenocarcinoma cell (MCF-7). To this end, results revealed that were highly correlated with activity. findings suggest it could contribute properties studied plant. In regard, be helpful evaluation bioactive
