摘要: Minimally invasive coronary artery bypass grafting of the anterior wall using a left small thoracotomy became routine procedure within last 3 years. The introduction robotics into cardiosurgical practice in 1998 has finally enabled totally endoscopic closed chest procedures. We report two patients with internal thoracic to descending and first diagonal branch sequential arterial revascularization technique daVinci surgical system.
