摘要: Mucosal mast cells strategically located at the optimal site interact with invading bacteria. Presence of VacA, virulent Helicobacter pylori cytotoxin, is correlated severity H. pylori-induced gastritis. To examine mechanisms inflammation in gastritis, we administered VacA to mice.
