摘要: This study investigated whether ethnic congruence – that is, the share of co-ethnics at school - and diversity are associated with number friendships sense belonging. Furthermore, we studied differences between majority minority students. Multilevel analyses data (2004-2005) from 11,759 students across 83 Flemish secondary schools show higher belonging a friends, be it only for effect was mediated by congruence: more likely to meet in ethnically diverse schools, which invokes friends.
