摘要: Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) play important roles in the progression of cervical cancer (CC). However, and underlying molecular mechanisms lncRNAs CC remain unclear. In current study, we discovered a new lncRNA MIR210HG which was upregulated tissues through microarray. The upregulation associated with advanced FIGO stage, metastasis, poor prognosis patients. Function assays showed that inhibition significantly suppressed proliferation, invasion, epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) processes reduced tumor growth vivo. Mechanistically, identified might serve as competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA) miR-503-5p to relieve repressive effect on TRAF4 expression cells. conclusion, demonstrated promoted regulating MIR210HG/miR-503-5p/TRAF4 axis, indicating act novel insight into treatment.
